Blooming Bay Empire is a mobile game for iOS developed and published by EXT-DEV doo (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us any time at aleks@ext-dev.store.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the game handles, why, and the choices you have. By playing Blooming Bay Empire you agree to the practices described here.

Game progress data: your kingdom layout, buildings, resources, completed tasks, level and in-game rewards. This is what lets you continue exactly where you left off.

Device and technical data: device model, iOS version, language, region, anonymous device or installation identifiers, and crash or performance diagnostics.

Usage data: aggregated, non-identifying information about how features are used, such as which areas of the game are opened or how long a session lasts.

Information you send us: if you email our support address, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

We do not ask for your real name, phone number, postal address or payment card details, and we do not collect precise location data.

To run the game, save your progress and restore it across sessions or reinstalls.

To fix bugs, prevent crashes and improve balance, performance and stability.

To understand which features players enjoy so we can build better content.

To detect and prevent cheating, abuse and fraudulent activity.

To answer your support requests and respond to legal obligations.

Blooming Bay Empire includes virtual currencies, chests, wheels and other reward features. These are entertainment features only. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes, and cannot be transferred outside of the game.

We may use trusted service providers for cloud hosting, crash reporting and anonymous analytics. These providers process data only on our instructions and only as needed to deliver their service.

Apple may also process information related to your App Store account, downloads and any purchases in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive your full Apple account details.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Game progress is kept for as long as your installation remains active, so returning players do not lose their kingdom. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained only for as long as it stays useful, and support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and keep a record of it.

Blooming Bay Empire is a family-friendly building game, but it is not directed at children under the age required by law in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we handle, including encrypted transmission and restricted internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, or restriction of certain processing. You can also opt out of personalised advertising and tracking in your iOS settings.

To exercise any of these rights, email aleks@ext-dev.store and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also delete the app at any time, which removes locally stored game data from your device.

We are based in Serbia and may process data on servers located in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the game evolves. When we do, we will revise the date below and, for significant changes, notify players inside the game or on this page.
